Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the TripGain corporate travel management platform and associated services. All users must comply with this policy to maintain a secure, reliable, and compliant platform.
2. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Access or attempt to access unauthorized accounts, systems, or data
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
- Book travel for unauthorized individuals or purposes
- Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls
- Harvest, scrape, or collect data without authorization
- Impersonate any person or entity
3. User Responsibilities
Users shall: maintain accurate account information, protect login credentials, report security incidents promptly, comply with corporate travel policies, use the platform for legitimate business purposes, and respect intellectual property rights.
4. Content Standards
Users may not upload or share content that is: defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, harassing, or infringes on third-party rights. All content must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in: temporary suspension of access, permanent account termination, reporting to law enforcement, and/or civil liability. TripGain reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations.
6. Reporting Violations
Report suspected violations to security@tripgain.com. Reports may be submitted anonymously. We will investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action.
7. Monitoring
TripGain may monitor platform usage for security, compliance, and performance purposes. Users have no expectation of privacy in their use of company-provided accounts on the platform.
