1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TripGain's corporate travel management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
TripGain provides an enterprise travel management platform that enables organizations to book flights, hotels, cabs, buses, trains, apartments, and other travel services, manage expenses, track travel policies, and generate analytics reports.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts are granted to authorized corporate users only.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for legitimate business travel purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not misuse the platform, circumvent security measures, or engage in fraudulent activities.
5. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the respective service providers. Payment terms are defined in your corporate agreement. TripGain is not liable for service provider failures but will assist in dispute resolution.
6. Intellectual Property
The TripGain platform, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by TripGain and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
TripGain's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate these terms with written notice. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and outstanding payments become immediately due. Sections 6, 7, and 10 survive termination.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
